In the year of raising racial hate incidents, Lan Su Chinese Garden stands in solidarity with the Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. We feel your heartache, and we want to do more.
In partnership with Oregon Rises Above Hate, Lan Su opens door to everyone on the third Wednesday of each month, June - September 2021 with free garden entry to the public:
June 16, July 21, August 18 & September 15:
Free admission for the public
Cultural performance featuring local Asian or Pacific Islander performers.
No admission needed. This community event is open to everyone with free reservation.

Featured traditional lion dance by White Lotus Lion Dance and Chinese music by Nanfang Music Club
Featured Japanese Taiko performance by Takohachi and koto (Japanese zither) performance by Oregon Koto-Kai.
Featured traditional Chinese music by Nanfang Music Club
Featured Chinese dance by Chinese Friendship Association, erhu music by Jerry Lin, calligraphy demonstration by Xin Wang, bamboo flute music by Thomas Jin, and guzheng music by Cheery Zhang.
Reservation is required to attend. Starting Friday August 13, masks are required for all Lan Su visitors aged 5 and older regardless of vaccination status.
