In affiliation with The Tai Chi Life, this class focuses on the fundamentals of tai chi quan. Emphasis is on postural structure and alignment, intention of movement, body awareness, strength and coordination.

Instructor Marjorie Scarlett has studied Chinese internal arts for more than 20 years, and has a keen interest in healing through movement. Marjorie is also a licensed massage therapist and Jin Shin Jyutsu® practitioner. She lives in Portland.
