Join an instructor led Tai Chi classes led by Sifu Mark Parzynski, MAcOM, LAc, of The Tai Chi Life. Tai Chi Chuan is a graceful exercise and ancient martial art that gently builds strength and flexibility of the body, while enhancing balance and mental focus.
Yang Style Tai Chi takes place Monday (starting April 3) & Thursday mornings at 10 AM year-round. Sifu Mark Parzynski, MAcOM, LAc, of The Tai Chi Life, has been studying martial arts for over 30 years and is a licensed acupuncturist. Mark has had the honor of studying Chinese Internal Martial Arts from several top instructors and received permission to teach from Sifu Gregory Fong in 2006.
