Qigong is a low impact and gentle exercise that can be done sitting or standing to promote healing in the body, reducing stress, and feeling good. By doing simple exercises, the goal is to correct imbalances and blockages in the body that accumulate throughout our lifetime. These include poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, injuries, surgery, toxic influences, suppression of emotions and aging.
