The garden and Teahouse can be rented before or after regular public hours. Within walking distance from all downtown hotels and a five-minute MAX train ride from the Oregon Convention Center, the garden is the easy venue for your next private event.
An Authentic Chinese Teahouse
This heated, two-story pavilion is available year round andcan accommodate up to 50 guests. Furnished with authentic, artisan Chinese furniture and hanging lanterns it has unsurpassed views of Lake Zither and the garden. Thisnot-to-be-found-anywhere-else venue offers you and your guests a spectacular event experience.

VT Group manages event rentals at Lan Su Chinese Garden.Their knowledgeable staff will assist you with all your event needs, includingbooking, site tours, catering, and equipment rentals.
VT Group catering partners are the exclusive providers of food and beverage at Lan Su. For weddings, your catering options include Food in Bloom Catering and Vibrant Table Catering & Events.

2013 Peak Season Rates
(June - September*)
- $3,000 -- Saturday
- $2,700 -- Friday or Sunday
- $2,400 -- Monday-Thursday
- $1,000 -- Teahouse addition (can be added to any above rental, not available individually)
- $500 -- Morning ceremony only (Monday-Friday, 8:00-10:00 a.m., standing only-no chairs)
2013 Off Season Rates
(January – May and October*)
- $1,500 -- Saturday
- $1,350 -- Friday or Sunday
- $1,200 -- Monday-Thursday
- $500 -- Teahouse addition (can be added to any above rental, not available individually)
- $250 -- Morning ceremony only (Monday-Friday, 8:00-10:00 a.m., standing only-no chairs)
2013 Winter Rates
(November - December*)
Maximum of 50 guests for all winter rentals. Teahouse access is included for winter rentals, unless otherwise noted.
- $1,000 -- Saturday
- $800 -- Monday-Friday and Sunday
- $500 -- Monday-Thursday, Garden Only (Excludes Teahouse)
- $250 -- Morning ceremony only (Monday-Friday, 8:00-10:00 a.m., standing only--no chairs)
*Events during April-October are 7:00-11:00 p.m., and events during November-March are 6:00-10:00 p.m.
